Lawrence Alex Wu looks like it could be an odd growth...parasitic perhaps... Nevielle might be able to say??

Patrik Good That's why they are called headshield slugs.

Kelvin Low can someone pls id tis?

João Pedro Silva I think it's Philinopsis gardineri. Don't forget to say where this was taken.

Kelvin Low thx João Pedro Silva...!

Reed Nescher Another from the same location in the Solomon islands.... https://scontent-a-sjc.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-frc3/1237615_10201365370568960_1852821737_n.jpg

Anne Diver This is not a flatworm, it is a head shield slug, it looks like Philinopsis gardineri

Reed Nescher Sorry, I thought the Head shield had a curl at the head? I have pictures in the same area of the Head shield, but this seemed different? Thank you.....

Anne Diver Reed, do a Google Image search on Philinopsis gardineri and see if it matches your animal, and see what you think. Without seeing the animal I certainly could be wrong....

Reed Nescher I didn't see the "Flukes" as shown in the images in the search? It was very flat with no apparent "Flukes" so that is why I though Flat Worm....
