Ryanskiy Andrey Ancylomenes magnificus? I doubt it (too long claws?) (Lembeh, 2 cm)
Arthur Anker the colour pattern matches ... is missing some a few white bands, the one on the carapace is quite bleak, too, could be a night pattern
Will Clark I'd like to offer a massive 'thank you' to Dan Baldocchi, Adam Hanlon, and Dr Alex Mustard for an amazing Wetpixel macro trip to Lembeh Resort. I can't congratulate the whole team enough for what a good time I had and how much I learned - more even in the first two days than I'd worked out for myself in the preceding couple of years. Top marks for the choice of resort too: just excellent. Here's one of my photos from the trip, full of techniques learned from Alex Mustard's careful and thoughtful educational program.

Aki Ihalainen That is a winner shot!
Will Clark Not against your hairy backlit snooter it isn't!
Aki Ihalainen Yes, that is what I am putting in, nothing else... Or...
Ron Silver Once again, shows one of the problems with common names. This is a Magnificent Anemone Shrimp,
Ancylomenes magnificus, which may occasionally adopt a 'tail in the sky' posture. However, it is the Squat Shrimp,
Thor amboinensis which typically hold their tails vertically and vigorously wiggling it earning them the title of 'sexy shrimp'. Photo attached: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=497+525+1135&pcatid=1135
