Marcelo's Corner Sorry I'm not in marine biology but I've got a souvenir of a "culebra", similar to this one swimming in not salt waters in Cordoba, Argentina, around the 1970's. Living also on land and water and very venomous.
Marc Stickler "on the hunt"
The last image (panorama in Komodo) was the surface intervall before i took this cool image of a sea snake on the hunt. Although the snake would be extremely venomous for humans, its fangs are too short to penetrate humans flash. With that in mind i could approach the animal a bit closer.
the scientific name: Laticauda colubrina, banded sea snake.
