Sheamus Whelan Just Googled it...... It must me a Juvenile of One of The Monkfish....... I encountered them many times while learning to Dive in my Homeland...Ireland....Back in the 70's....Adults, of course... And somethimes HUGE!... I would send this to Universities Worldwide, Yuji.......... a Somewhat, in mant respects, a Unique Image...........I am SURE if it!!!..............
