Ron Silver Appears to be a juvenile Blue Angelfish, Holacanthus bermudensis.

Ron Silver Thanx,Santiago. I did not think this was a Queen Angelfish as I did not see much yellow around the pectoral fin. In addition, the mid-body blue bars are straight in the Blue Angelfish while the bars are curved in the Queen Angelfish.
