Ron Silver Yes, the dark and light coloration and 'bump' on the head are quite distinctive for the Headshield Slug, Philinopsis pilsbryi.

Can't find it in the Red Sea books and I think it could be a Philinopsis pilsbryi - don't know if it's been seen in the Red Sea before (I saw there was a second one smaller behind it when I checked the picture afterwards!). Any one?
