Magali Dominiqueli Grouper (Epinephelus marginatus) According to biologists, reef fish are highly vulnerable to overfishing because they need five to ten years to reach reproductive age. Administer the fishery is difficult because much of it is done on a small scale, for small communities. Large parts of reefs in the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia are getting no marine life because of overfishing and the abusive use of overfishing.

Galina Maslova Super shot, lovely to me

Stuart Pearce Very topical subject, maybe need a more local species to emphasise, here is a quote on this species - It can be found in the Mediterranean, the African west coast and the coast of Brazil. It is rare in the waters of the western Indian ocean, Uruguay, Argentina, north of France and the British Isles :)

Antonio Colacino Epinephelus marginatus is a protherogenic fish, when young is female, till the weight of about 5/7 kg, then became a male, the fishing of the young ones reduces the number of the female endangering the grouper's population.

Antonio Colacino Epinephelus marginatus cm 30/35 juvenile-Female

Antonio Colacino A large male

Annie Bodar superbe merci
