Glossodoris webbi

(d'Orbigny, 1839)

Alexander Niedermair Sylvie Omnès is this the same one? Zyprus

Sylvie Omnès after a quick verification, it seems that yours is also H.picta ! in fact, it depends on the source you refer to ... in my Bible (Debelius/Kuiter), they say that the sub-species depends on the location ...Picta-Picta in med sea, Picta Webbi in Spain and West Atlantic ...

Sylvie Omnès yours has a dark bleu mantel, and whole blue rhoniphores,in some books they call it Hyps. or Glossodoris Webbi; the Hyps.Valenciennensi (or Picta Picta) has light bleu mantel and onlu the extremities of rhinophores are blue ... anyway, if the scientists can't agree, let's call them Giant Doris, like we do here in france ! ;-)

Sylvie Omnès hello Alexander Niedermair : I create an open album for Mediterranean species in this group : it would be nice to add yours !

Alexander Niedermair Sylvie Omnès it´s an honor for me, thanks :-))
