Hector Jaramillo Jellyfish and diver (yes.. it was very big!!) Los Molles, chilean waters. Velvia 50, Nikon F5, 16mm, Sea&Sea housing, 2x Ikelite 200.

Joe Bennie Velvia 50 - slide film. Good for you! Nor many people shoot slides any longer. Velvia 50 was by far the best slide film I ever used u/w. Provia 100 as well...

Enrique Alpeñes Miralles Velvia 50, nothing like better

Enrique Alpeñes Miralles Oooooo nada comparable con la Velvi 50 ASA. Buena foto Hector.

Ron Adley This animal appears to be a Chrysaora plocamia...Sometimes huge, diameter reported to max. ca. 1 m, oral arms to ca. 5 m or more, but in many populations reported smaller, more typically to ca. 50 cm diameter. Ground color may also be orange, or white; bell may have dark purple edge; tentacles may be dark purple; mouth-arms may be white/translucent-colorless. Marginal tentacles white (recent photos) to red with yellowish bases (type description). Sting recorded as irritating but not severe, lasting 30-60 mins.
