Ron Silver You'll soon see that common names are a real pet peeve of mine and lead to all kinds of problems. I am trying to furnish the correct scientific name for posts when I can and encourage photographers to furnish it as a part of their posts. As you may be aware, this shark is known as a Leopard Shark in several areas around the globe but another shark also has that common name - see attached: http://marinebio.org/species.asp?id=55

Stuart Pearce I am also looking to upgrade my U/W camera this year, have not decided between SLR or one of the new compacts with interchangeable lenses :) The compact that gets all the rave reviews is the Canon G11-15 series, have a great built in lens on them :)
